This new build home, based in Rochester, required a full Blaxter stone package, including coursed tumbled walling and bespoke masonry elements crafted for the property.
The client approached us after seeing the quality of our Blaxter stonework on previous developments and wanted the same level of craftsmanship and consistency for their own home.

Scope of Work
We worked with Scanlan Construction to supply all stone required for this new build.
- Full walling stone package
- Bespoke masonry hand‑crafted by our in‑house stonemason
- Large patio door heads pre‑fixed at our workshop and transported to site for installation
The project required precise detailing and coordinated delivery to ensure a clean, consistent finish across the property.

- Random tumbled buff walling
- Blaxter heads, cills and quoins
- Blaxter paving and setts
- Coursed Blaxter walling
- Coping stones
- Ashlar walling

The 140mm coursed tumbled walling provides a consistent, characterful texture that ties the entire exterior together, giving the home a refined and durable finish.
